Booking and Availability

 

Can I book online?
All tours require an enquiry first. Tours operate on demand and minimum numbers must be met before confirmation. Please contact us directly to enquire.

 

When do tours depart?
Tours depart on demand, subject to availability and confirmed minimum numbers.

 

Where do the tours start?
For tours at the Adelaide Botanic Gardens or SA Museum, all tours are walking tours and depart on foot from a designated meeting point at the Botanic Gardens. Full meeting place details are provided once your booking is confirmed.

 

Does Bookabee organise transport or accommodation?
No. Bookabee does not arrange transport, accommodation, or travel logistics. For Flinders Ranges experiences, we provide step-on Aboriginal guiding services only, joining your existing itinerary to deliver Aboriginal cultural interpretation.

 

How far in advance should I enquire?
We recommend enquiring early to secure your preferred date.

 

Do group discounts apply?
Group discounts may be available. Please contact us to discuss.

 

Can you customise a tour for our group?
We can discuss offering tailored cultural experiences for groups.

 

Are there extra charges on public holidays?
Public holiday surcharges apply. Please enquire for details.

 

Do you offer discounts for schools and not-for-profit organisations?
Discounts may apply for eligible organisations. Contact us to find out more.

 

Are the tours in the Botanic Gardens and South Australian Museum wheelchair accessibility?
Yes. Our Adelaide-based tours are wheelchair accessible. Please let us know of any specific accessibility needs when enquiring.

 

What should I bring? 

Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a water bottle, and a camera (where appropriate).
