Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookabee Tours Australia (Bookabee) operates within Adelaide South Australia. These tours involve guided walks.
    ​

  2. Any personal expense incurred by a tour guest as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour or part tour is at the sole responsibility of the individual.  Any unused portion of a tour, for whatever reason, is not refundable.
    ​

  3. Whilst Bookabee will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, Bookabee accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss of enjoyment whatsoever or howsoever experienced by the tour participant.
     

  4. Bookabee or it’s nominee has absolute discretion to withdraw from or curtail any person/s participation in any tour or activity, who due to their current mental or physical condition or wellbeing, is rendered incapable of caring for themselves, or they become objectionable to other tour participants, or they become a hazard to themselves or other participants.
     

  5. Payments:  Pre-payment is the preferred option for payment and is required for all consumer direct sales. A non-refundable 20% deposit is due at the time of booking confirmation.
     

  6. Cancellation: Cancellation must be made in writing. Such notice is not effective until received by Bookabee during normal working hours. If a tour has commenced, there will be no refund of fare or unused portion of the tour. The following fees apply to each individual person on cancellation when participating on a tour.

  7. Refund policy:
    Days of Notice

    31  Days – No charge
    15-30  Days – 50% charge
    8 – 14 Days – 75% charge
    7 Days or less – No Refund
     

  8. Amendments:
    Confirmed bookings may incur a $50.00 per change fee to make any amendments to the tours.
